At Rest, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident that you will find great satisfaction in the comfort of our bedding. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your au.rest.com purchase, the following guideline applies as applies.

Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage. Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order. If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item.ย Exchanged items are final sale. |

Refund Issuance |
All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchange. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honoured if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser. |

Due to the speed of our fulfilment process, we are unable to guarantee updates to a shipping address or changes to an order once it has been placed.
If you wish to add, change, or upgrade items in your order, please contact us at +61 3 7037 1542 or [email protected]. If the order cannot be modified, you may return the items from your original order. Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.ย

Once your order has shipped, weโre unable to process a cancellation. If youโd like to return an item that has already been dispatched, please contact us at +61 3 7037 1542 or [email protected]. Weโll be happy to assist with a return for a full refund.
